A Blackjack of Switch Games!

This Thursday we bring you a fine selection of card games from Microgaming partner Switch Studio. Any fan of table games will tell you that there are plenty of variations on Blackjack available, and Switch Studios sets to satisfy with a variety of Multi Hand takes on the casino classic. Now one might ask, what are Multi Hand games? The answer is simple - the player can play several hands against the dealer at the same time! We have a total of six Multi Hand Blackjack games for today, with three takes on Vegas Blackjack with Strip, Single and Downtown variants plus European, Classic and Atlantic City options!

Multi Hand Vegas Strip Blackjack Gameplay and Features

Built on the same engine powering the smooth gameplay seen in other Switch Studios table games, Multi Hand Vegas Strip Blackjack is played using four standard decks of 52 cards. The Multi Hand portion of the title allows you to play up to 5 hands at a time, each with its own bet. Vegas Strip Blackjack involves a dealer hole card, and the dealer can peek on 10 value cards and aces. The aim remains to beat the house by scoring under 21, with the dealer standing on all 17.

Multi Hand Vegas Single Deck Blackjack

As the name suggests, Switch Studios' Multi Hand Vegas Single Deck Blackjack is played using 1 regular deck. You can play up to 5 hands at a time, each with their own bet. Like regular Blackjack, the aim is to get as close as possible to a score of 21 without reaching the total. A double down feature is available on the first two cards dealt, while an Insurance Bet is offered when the dealer's first card is an Ace.

Multi Hand Vegas Downtown Blackjack

The third variant on Vegas Blackjack, Multi Hand Vegas Downtown Blackjack brings players a total of 5 hands, with separate bets for each hand. This take on Vegas Blackjack is played using 2 regular decks, and the aim remains to beat the dealer's hand while not exceeding the total of 21. You first get 2 cards, and can stand, hit, double down, surrender or make an insurance bet against the dealer having an Ace that pays 2:1.

Multi Hand European Blackjack

European Blackjack is a unique variant played using 2 regular decks, with the Multi Hand version allowing you to run up to 5 hands simultaneously. The objective is to get a hand of 21 or as close as possible without exceeding that total. The dealer gets the first two cards, and you can take an insurance bet in case one of those happens to be an Ace, which has a value of either 1 or 11.

Multi Hand Classic Blackjack

This is it, the Classic Blackjack experience in Multi Hand form running on the Switch Studios online table game engine. This take on Blackjack allows the player to have up to 3 hands, each with their own bet. The player can double down or split hands on the first 2 cards offered, as well as take an insurance bet against the dealer getting a Blackjack.

Multi Hand Atlantic City Blackjack

The final Multi Hand title for today is Atlantic City Blackjack. Born in Atlantic City, New Jersey, this variant enforces the dealer to stand on soft 17 and, being a hole game, to peek for Blackjack. The peek is also in place for both 10-value and Aces. A Late Surrender feature allows you to surrender the first 2 cards dealt after the dealer has checked their cards for Blackjack, in return for half the regular bet amount, all while running up to 5 hands simultaneously.
