Dive in the Mermaid Reef!

Australian developer ReelPlay invites you to take a dive in the cool, clear waters of Mermaid Reef, a colourful slot that hides unexpected depths underneath its breezy exterior. Meet the mermaid of the title, able to substitute for all symbols on  the reels except the scatters, and her underwater friends, such as the dolphin, clownfish and starfish, as you set to form the 10 paylines available. Mermaid Reef Gameplay

Mermaid Reef is a slot featuring 5 reels, 3 rows and a total of 10 paylines, formed by landing 3 or more matching symbols on adjacent reels. The mermaid herself appears in stacked form on reels 2, 3 and 4, and is the wild. As such she can substitute for all symbols in a payline except the two scatters, the pearl and clam. The pearl can grant you free spins if you land 3 or more on the reels, with the round including a 2x multiplier on all wins. The clam, on the other hand, appears only on reels 2, 3 and 4. Land all 3 for a chance at the Pearl Bonus minigame with prizes worth up to 1,295x the bet! 

Mermaid Reef Features

ReelPlay claims Mermaid Reef is actually something of a first, since it offers both a Bonus Buy and Gamble Win features. The Bonus Buy feature allows you to pay for a round of the Pearl Bonus minigame. Pick gold pearls for multipliers but look out for black pearls, since these bring the round to a close! You can also potentially double or quadruple any wins through the gamble feature, where you can either guess the colour or suit of a covered card. You can do multiple successful gambles, but a wrong guess means you lose all your winnings before returning to the main reels.
