Day 60 - Gold Mine

Time for a Slot, can´t play Video Slots every day. We do have other games as well. I find a Slot called Gold Mine that seems to have a special feature I have not seen before. Unfortunately I have a losing history on the Slots, but the luck has to change at some point. Is it in today´s game? Here we go.

Gold Mine looks simple at first glance, but I have to admit that it takes me a while to really understand the bonus feature which is a central part of the game.

Every time you win on the reels you get the option to gamble or collect. Doh, I hate that. The gamble is a bit different in this game though. Either you are doubled up or you receive extra spins on the bonus reels where the wins are greater than on the original one. Two reels to play in other words.

It is a bit like buying your way into a Free Spins-like feature. I discover that you can also collect your bonus spins retroactively, meaning that there actually is no risk in gambling your wins.

I lost count, but I would guess I used around 30 spins on the bonus reels and I only won once. My bank roll was dropping fast in the beginning since I was playing £0,60 per spin, it is not like playing £0,60 in a Video Slot where there are many more winning combinations. I changed to £0,20 after a while to get more play time, but I never get to win my money back.

I stop at £23. Not good. More than half my bank roll is gone. Back to Video Slots tomorrow.
